     BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients
4 OR 5 biscuits that have been baked from the day before
1 stick butter
Approx 1 cup boiling water
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
1 large can carnation milk
 

Instructions
Break up the biscuits into a mixing bowl. Lay the stick of butter on top and pour just enough boiling water on top to make the bread soft. Cover and let cool. With a mixer combine the remaining ingredients together and pour over the bread. Continue to mix til smooth. Bake at 350 for 1 hour til done. If not done in the middle, cook just a bit longer. Several variations can be added such as cinnamon, raisins, blueberries.
