PIE- Mix the above pie ingredients while the potatoes are still warm. Makes enough for 2 large or 3 small pies. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. TOPPING- Mix the topping ingredients and pour over the pie. Return to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
