     Double Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Streusel
2/3 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. cold butter
Coffee Cake
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom and side of 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix 2/3 c. Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter; using pastry blender, until crumbly; set aside. In med. bowl, stir coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread about 1 c. butter in pan. Sprinkle with about 3/4 c. of the streusel. Drop remaining batter over top of streusel; spread carefully over streusel. Sprinkle remaining streusel over top. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm or cool.
Special touch- A drizzle of almond glaze adds a nice finishing touch. Stir together 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle glaze over warm coffee cake.
