     Pumpkin Raisin Muffin

Servings   12 med muffins
Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 t Baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cinnomon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 c milk
1/2 c pumpkin
1/4 c oleo
 
1 egg
1/2 c raisins
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Mix until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy.
Fill muffin tins. Sprinkle 1/4 t sugar over each.
Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
