     Pumpkin Chessecake

Preptime   2.25 hrs total

Ingredients
2 Cups graham cracker crumbs ( from 14 grm crackers)
2 T granulated sugar
1 stick butter
.25 oz unflavored gelatin
8 oz cream cheese
15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 Cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. HEAT- Oven 400 F 2. COMBINE- Medium bowl, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter 3. TRANSFER- To 9 inch spring form pan 4. Using- bottom of measuring cup, press mixture into bottom 2 inches up the side. 5. BAKE- until set, 8-10 minutes
6. Sprinkle- gelatin over 1/4 Cup boiling water. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until dissolved, about 5 minutes. 7. Using electric mixture, beat the cream cheese until smooth. 8. MIX-Pumpkin, sour cream, sugar, pumpkin spice. 9. MIX- gelatin mixture until corporated
10. POUR- mixture into crust and refrigerate, covered until firm, at least 2 hrs
