     Sausage Soup

Ingredients
16 ounce Smoked Sausage, halved lengthwise and slice thin
1 can (15 ounces) Black Beans
1 can (15 ounces) Great Northern Beans
1 can (15 ounces) Red Kidney Beans
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Chicken Broth
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
 
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
You can put this in the crockpot and let it cook for about 3 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sour cream and/or cheese
