     Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
Layer 1
5 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped, green chiles
1-8 oz. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
Layer 2
8 corn tortillas, cut into strips
 
Layer 3
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup monterery jack cheese
Top
1 can Rotel

Instructions
Spray 9x13 pan and layer with layer 1,2,then 3. Repeat this 2 times. Pour 1 can of rotel on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
