1 1/2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 c plain yogurt
1/4 c egg subsitute
1 T canola oil

Preheat oven to 400.
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups level with a knife. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture . Combine yogurt, egg and oil; add to flour mixture. Stir just until moist.
Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches aprt onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; bake at 400 for 15 min
