     SAUSAGE HASHBROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 lb. mild ground pork sausage
1 lb. hot ground pork sausage
30 ounces frozen hashbrowns
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
 

Instructions
Cook sausage til it crumbles.
Heat hashbrowns, salt and pepper.
Combine meat, potatoes, and cheese.
Greaset 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Wisk Egg and milk and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
