     FLUFFY DUMPLINGS

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour
1 T. minced parsley
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg or mace if desired
2/3 c. milk
2 T. oil
1 egg slightly beaten
 

Instructions
Stir until just moistened. Drop dumpling mixture in hot stew, cook covered 12 to 15 minutes or until dumplings are no longer doughy underneath.
