Preheat oven to 350.
I unrolled the breadstick dough and used 2 premade breadstick shapes for each knot. I folded them as they fold theirs here.
Bake dough for about 13 minutes.
While dough is baked, mash minced garlic with salt to form a paste. Add the paste in a small bowl with olive oil.
When dough is finished, slightly brown on top, remove from oven. Immediately brush olive oil/garlic mixture on top of each knot. Sprinkle each knot with Italian Seasoning and parmesean cheese. Serve immediately.
