     Craberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup slivered and blanched almonds
1 bag fresh spinach (usually by the bagged salad in your store).
1 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons fresh minced onion
1/4 tsp paprika
 
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
In medium size saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir almonds in butter until lightly brown and toasted. Remove from heat, let cool. In a large bowl, add spinach, toasted almonds and cranberries, toss. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss this into the spinach bowl just before serving.
