Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Arrange frozen burritos in a glass or metal 9x13 inch baking dish. They can touch, but try to get them all flat so they cook evenly.

Bake burritos for 15 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Carefully remove the burritos from the oven.
Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos.
|
|
|
|
Top burritos with shredded cheese (amount is variable) and sliced black olives.
Continue baking another 20-30 minutes until edges are browned and burritos are cooked through.

Suggestions |
|
|
Top with sliced green onions, sour cream, or taco sauce. Serve with Mexican Rice.
