     Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf sourdough or Italian bread
1/2 c.. olive oil
1 tblsp. crushed garlic
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Slice bread in half, lengthwise. Heat garlic in olive oil and brush over bread.
Place on cookie sheet and cover with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
Place in 350 oven until cheese melts (about 10 min.)
