     Potato and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork sausage (Jimmie Dean)
A whole package of frozen hash browns
1 large onion chopped
1 14oz can of chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cups milk
Garnish- shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Brown sausage in large dutch oven over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain, return to dutch ove. Add hash browns and next 3 ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk, cook, stirring often until thoroughly heated. Garnish with cheese if desired
Serving Suggestions
I used the regular sausage, but if you like it a little hotter, I thought you could use the hot sausage.
