     Crunchy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 (1lb) bags frozen hash browns or cubed potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint sour cream
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
 
TOPPING-
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix topping cornflakes and butter together and spread on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
