     Sausage and Egg Croissant Cups

Ingredients
3 tubes refrigerated croissant dough
2 eggs per croissant cup
1 lb. sausage
shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Unroll refrigerated dough. Spray pam on muffin pan trays Arrange 3 triangle dough pieces in each cup to cover sides.
Bake in oven as directed by tube instructions.
Meanwhile, cook and drain sausage Scramble eggs Mix eggs, sausage and desired amount of cheese together in large bowl.
Spoon egg/sausage/cheese mixture into baked croissant cups.
