Ingredients
chickpeas (raw or canned)
olive oil - extra virgin
sesame paste / tahini
lemon juice
garlic
salt
chilli / basil / nuts / avocado .... to taste
 

Instructions
If using raw chickpeas - soak for 24 hrs, then cook for 2hrs or shorter in pressure cooker (with turmeric - opt). Let cool down
add all desired ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add some of the chickpea water if too tough.
