Line a 8 or 9 inch pan with foil. Combine chips and milk over a low heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat, add nuts and vanilla. Pour into foil lined pan and refrigerate 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and remove from pan and cut. Store in an air tight container.
