     Easy Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups Canned Chick Peas- drained and rinsed
1/2 cup - 2/3 c Tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
garlic
mint leaves (optional)
Parsely for garnish
olive oil
 

Instructions
Place drained chick peas, tahini,lemon juice, garlic, salt in food processor. Mix until smooth, Hummus maybe a bit thick, just add a small amount of water. Referigerate
recipe can be made several hours in advance Serve with sliced pita triangles, celery or carrot sticks.
before serving place into decorative serving bowl. top with chopped parsley and drizzle olive oil on top. for something different add roasted garlic.
to roast garlic. Trim top of garlic head off, wrap in foil, and drizzle olive oil over.. wrap tightly. bake 350 for approx 45 - 1 hr. once cooled just squeeze garlic puree out.
