     Sourdough Bread (faux)

Preptime   3 1/2 hours
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp butter melted
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tsp yeast
 
Instructions
Bread machine (dough Mode). Remove and baste with egg. Bake 30 minutes at 375. Perfect bread!!!
