     To Die for Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2C Flour
3/4C Sugar
1/2t Salt
2t Baking Powder
1/3C Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1/3C Milk
1C Fresh Blueberries
 
1/2C Sugar
1/3C Flour
1/4C Butter, Cubed
1 1/2t Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
Combine 1 1/2C flour, 3/4C sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oin into a 1C measuring cup; add egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups rith to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping misture.
Topping- Mix 1/2C sugar, 1/3C flour, 1/4C butter and 1 1/2t cinnamon. Mix with fork and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
