     Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients
2-10 oz cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
3 Cups water
1 Cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
5 carrots, sliced
 
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 10 oz pkg frozen peas (optional)
1 pkg dried gnocchi

Instructions
In Dutch oven, combine soup, water, chicken, celery, onion salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Cover and cook on low about 1 1/2 hours.
Add potatoes and carrots. Cook another 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from pot, either shred or cube it and return it to the pot. Add peas and gnocchi and cook an additional 5 minutes.
