Heat first four ingredients until very warm. Combine the warm liquid with 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients.Beat two minutes.

Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.

|
Put into greased bowl and let rise until double. Punch down and divide into two loaves or 24 rolls. Let rise again until double.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. Brush the warm loaves with honey and butter mix.
