Preheat oven to 375. Chop ham and onion, and finely chop carrot. Combine with 1-1/4 cups swiss cheese, thawed and drained spinach, mayonnaise and garlic.
Unroll and separate crescent dough into 16 triangles, arranging triangles and slightly overlapping, in a circle on round baking stone with wide ends 4" from edge. Points will extend off edge of stone. Roll out to create a 5" center opening.
Spoon spinach mixture evenly over dough. Slice tomatoes and arrange in overlapping pattern over filloing. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
