a little over half a block of velvetta cheese cubed
2 cans of tuna
1 tsp of butter
Instructions
pre-heat oven at 350 degrees
dice onion, pepper, and celery place in bowl together with tsp of butter, place in microwave for 1-2 min until softened.
place cream of mushroom, cream of celery, velvetta, and milk in pot on medium heat. stir occasionally until completly melted
boil large pot of water
once water is boiling add noodles. cook until almost done and drain. put the noodles back in the pot
pour sause over noodles stir. add drained pimentos, tuna, dices mixture. stir together
place in to a covered cassarole dish place in place in over for 30-45 min
