pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
cream butter and sugar together add eggs, buttermilk, and dry ingredients mix well. then slowly add flour 1-2 cups at a time
refrigerate for 1-2 hours until workable
take dough and separate into 5 portions working one at a time. roll out on floured counter. to thickness of your choice. cut out with cookie cutters place on non greased baking sheet.
bake for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness
(1/2 in to 3/4 in take 10-12 minutes)
