Mix the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil, paprika, and chilli powder in a bowl.
Chrush the garlic an mix in with the above ingredients, stir until mixed.
Measure out the corn starch into a sieve and sift onto mixture, turn the mixture untils it has the consitency of a thick sauce.
Place ribs into a casserol dish and cover with the sauce, leave covered to marinade in the fridge overnight. BQQ or grill when required. If you are marinading a whole rack of ribs, double all ingredients to ensure there is enough marinade.
