For Icing pour 1 box pistachio pudding, 3 C. milk and 2 packs of Dream Whip into a bowl and mix thoroughly; set in refrigerator.

For Cake mix all ingredients for cake. pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until the cake no longer jiggles in the middle.
|
|
|
Cool COMPLETELY before icing. store in refrigerator.
