|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.

In large bowl, beat eggs and mix in pumpkin mix.
|
|
|
Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Slowly pour into pie crust.
|
|
|
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is baked firm in the middle.
