heat milk, hazelnut spread and chocolate in heavy bottom sauce
pan over low heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate is
melted.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts if desired. Chill until firm (2-43
hours).
Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in cocoa powder or icing sugar or
chopped nuts, if desired. Then place balls on parchment lined
cookie sheet and chill again until firm.
