Preheat oven to 350. Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Crush crackers and mix with condensed milk, skor bits and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and press firmly to distribute evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool completely and cover with 1/2 to full can of icing. Sprinkle with skor bits.
