2 slices bacon

1 C pasta

1 onion chopped
|

1 clove garlic
|

3 C shredded cheese

2 T butter

3 T flour

2 C milk

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook bacon and set aside.
Boil water and cook pasta.
Saute onion and garlic, mix in bacon.

|
|
Melt butter over low heat add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Gradually add milk and continue stirring until thick. Stir in 2C cheese.
|
|
|
|
Combine pasta, onion, garlic, bacon and sauce. Pour into dish and sprinkle with cheese.
|
|
|
|
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
