Heat the butter in the frypan. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes in halves and then in half again (if using small tomatoes then just slice in half). Slice the camembert into thick strips (2 strips for each person). Dust the camembert with the seasoned flour. Place purple sprouting into a microwave safe container with a small amount of water. Warm the plates in the oven (turn oven on to about 100oC, when hot enough then just turn off).

Toast the bread to liking. Fry the tomatoes in the fry pan for about 3 minutes on each side. Place the toast on the plates (1 on each plate). When the tomatoe is ready place equal amounts on each plate.

Fry the camembert in the frypan. Leave for 30 seconds on each side then place. Place the spinach leaves on top of the bread. Stack the camembert on top.

Fry the eggs to your liking. Whilst doing this place the purple sprouting in the microwave for about 1 minute or till cooked to liking. Strain then place on the plates. When the eggs are done, place the egg on top of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
