     Bacon, Egg and Cheese Scones

Ingredients
2 C flour
4 t baking powder
1 t salt
1/4 C butter - in chunks
2 eggs - cooked scrambled
4 slices bacon - cooked cut coarsly
1/2 C shredded cheese
3/4 C milk
1 egg (uncooked)
 
additional milk for brushing top

Instructions
Preheat oven at 425. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix. Cut in butter and mix until resembles oatmeal.
Add the cooked egg, bacon, and shredded cheese and toss to mix. Beat together milk and egg and add to flour mixture, just until become sticky dough.
Turn onto floured surface and knead 2 or 3 times until workable. Pat into circle and cut into 6-8 triangles. Arrange on cookie sheet. Brush with milk and bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
