     Bread

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
250g White strong Flour
150g Brown strong Flour
1 Packet of yeast
1 Tablespoon of oil
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of sugar
Water

Instructions
Mix the Flour yeast, oil, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Warm the water in a kettle until lukewarm. Slowly add water to the mixture until it is a ball of dough. Kneed the dough on the counter until it 'fights back'. Put cling film over the mixing bowl and leave in the airing cupboard (or a warm oven) for around an hour.
Take out of the airing cupboard and kneed the dough again. Grease a bread tin and put the dough into it. Leave this to rise once more for roughly 3/4 of an hour. Preheat the oven to 180'C whilst the bread is rising.
Put the bread in the oven for 10 minuets, then turn it around in the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minuets. The bread should sound hollow when you tap the bottom. To be sure that it is ready you could stick a skewer into the centre, it should come out clean.
