1 pound TENNESSEE PRIDE SAUSAGE, cooked, crumbled and drained
|

1 8 ounce can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
|
|
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
|

1/4 cup chopped onion
|
|
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
|
|
4 eggs, beaten
|
|
1 cup PURITY MILK
|
|
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
|
|
1/4 teaspoon pepper
|
|
|
|
May add green chilies and chili powder or taco seasoning mix for a more Mexican flavor.

Instructions |

|
Press crescent dinner rolls in the bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9 X 13 baking dish or pan
|

Sprinkle sausage,
cheese, onion and pepper over dough.
|
|
|
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat slightly. Pour over casserole filling.
|
|
|
Bake at
400°F for about 20 minutes.
