     Mug Cake

Ingredients
6 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 1/3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp water
1/4 tsp baking soda
smidgen of salt
1/4 tbsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, thoroughly. Grease (spray) the inside of 2 average, oven-safe mugs. Put the mugs on a sturdy baking sheet. Divide the batter evenly between the (two) mugs. If desired, sprinkle some chocolate chips right down the center of the mug.
Bake at 350F for 30minutes, rotating once half way through cooking. Remove from oven when a piece of spaghetti comes out only slightly sticky (not quite fully cooked)
Cool completely on racks. Mugs will be, and Stay extremely hot and continue baking somewhat. Allow mugs to cool approx 1/2-1hour.
