     ITALIAN EGG BISCUITS

1 CUP SUGAR
5 EGGS
¾ CUP OIL
½ CUP MILK
1 TABLESPOON VANILLA OR LEMON EXTRACT
1 TSP. SALT
5 CUPS FLOUR (MAY NEED UP TO 6)
4 TABLESPOONS BAKING POWDER
 
FROSTING-
2 CUPS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
ADD 1 TABLESPOON MILK AT A TIME
ADD VANILLA OR LEMON
BEAT UNTIL GOOD CONSISTENCY
FROST COOLED COOKIES
SPRINKLE WITH MULTI COLORED JIMMIES

Instructions
BEAT SUGAR AND EGGS UNTIL WELL MIXED. BAKE 350 DEGREE OVEN 10-12 MIN NO BUTTER OR PARCHMENT PAPER
ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS, BEATING UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
KNEAD WITH HANDS, ROLL INTO SMALL BALLS 2 INCHES.
BAKE 350 DEGREE OVEN 10-12 MIN NO BUTTER OR PARCHMENT PAPER
