     Mexican Dip

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomatoes with Chilies (Rotel)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup minced onion (to taste)
1 can refried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar, colby, or monterey jack cheese
 

Instructions
Brown the ground beef with the onion and drain.
Add chili powder, beans, tomatoes, and water. mix and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350 until bubbly (30 minutes plus).
Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Rwemove from oven and garnish with fresh tomato, black olives, sour cream, lettuce, onion, etc. Serve warm with tortilla chips
