     Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
8-12 red-skinned potatoes
Milk
Butter
Garlic Salt
Pepper
 

Instructions
Wash and cut potatoes (leave skin on). Place potatoes in a large stock pot and cover with water. Boil until fork-tender.
Drain potatoes and return to stock pot. Add in one stick of butter and 1/2 cup of milk. Mash potatoes to desired consistency.
Add more milk and butter for flavor and consistency. Add garlic salt or regular salt, and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with red meatballs and gravy.
