1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry Salad Dressing Mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Garnish with black olives, tomatoes, scallions
Instructions
Brown ground beef, drain well and return to pan on a low simmer with 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning mix. Simmer until water is absorbed. Spread meat out on a serving platter and refrigerate.
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and Hidden Valley Ranch packet. When meat is cooled, evenly spread above mixture over meat. Top with cheese.
Garnish with olives, tomatoes and scallions immediately before serving.
