16 oz turkey bratwurst, cooked and cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces
4 small baking potatoes, quarter or cubed
1 Tbsp dry minced onion
2 cups frozen green beans
1 small red pepper, diced (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 10.75 oz can condensed reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Place the cooked bratwurst, potatoes, minced onion, green beans, red pepper, cheddar cheese, mushroom soup, and 2/3 cup water into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours.
