     Rose's Creamy Dressing

Ingredients
3 cups sesame seeds
juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cups water
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
dash of cayenne
2 teaspoons dry thyme
 
3 tablespoons Italian mix
1 teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
Process all together until creamy in food processor.
Serving Suggestions
Instead of thyme, Italian mix and celery seed, you can use your favorite herbs and spices…fresh or dried.
