|
Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and cool.

|
Put brisket in baking pan and pour sauce over the top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
|
|
|
Bake at 255 for 10-12 hours.
Remove brisket from marinade and chill.
Discard marinade.
|
|
|
When cold, slice across the grain and layer in a baking dish.
Cover brisket with BBQ sauce and reheat until hot.
