     Hot Fried Pickles

Ingredients
6 large Hot pickles or Polish dills
1 box onion ring mix
1 cup water
3 tblsp hot sauce
3 cups vegetable oil
 

Instructions
Cut pickles into spears or coins
Mix onion ring batter as directed Add hot sauce to batter Batter pickles in liquid batter Place Pickles back in dry batter mix
Heat vegetable oil in skillet until hot Place pickles in oil and flip when golden brown Cool on paper towel
Serve with ranch dressing
