Ingredients
4 split chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1 tblspn. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan. In small sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in honey, mustard, curry powder and salt.
Pour mixture over chicken and turn pieces to coat.
Cover and bake for 45 min. Uncover and bake for 15 min.
Frequently baste with sauce until chicken in browned.
