Ingredients
2 cups light Bisquick
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
 
Instructions
Stir all ingredients until blended. Cook on hot griddle until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
