12 oz. frozen or fresh blueberries (You can use 6 oz. of chocolate chips for chocolate chip muffins)
2 cups flour
3/4 cup milk
Topping- 1 tablespoon sugar; 1 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon
Instructions
Beat butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Fold 1/2 of blueberries, 1/2 of flour, and 1/2 of milk. Repeat flour, milk, and blueberries.
Spoon batter into muffin pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 375 degress.
