Ingredients
half salmon filet
Japanese vinegar ( approx 1/4 cup)
Soy sauce (approx 1/4 cup)
ginger (approx 3 inches)
salt and sugar to taste
olive oil (aprox 3 tbsp)
 

Instructions
mix all ingredients then put salmon
pre heat oven to 375 degrees
place salmon in the oven after pre-heat temperature is achieved. Leave for 20-25 mins.
ready to serve
